Booking your Newborn Session

From the moment you find out you are expecting, the anticipation, the planning, the whirlwind of things that need to be done to prepare for your sweet little one coming soon. Booking your Maternity/Newborn Portraits should be a breeze, because it is! All you need to know to book your session is right here!

I offer in home/studio portrait collections and family is always welcome! My studio is conveniently located in the heart of Covington, just down from the hospital.

First, pick a date a week or two after your due date and select that date when you go in below to book your session. This date can be altered once you know when the baby will arrive. Decide if you would like to have an in-home session or at the studio. No need to worry if you don't have a nursery set up just yet. I have a lifestyle set up in my studio, which makes for a beautiful gallery. I also provide outfits/props for the baby, so you only need to bring essentials and anything you wish to bring. That is totally fine. I welcome family to be photographed with the baby. Once you select which collection works for your family, you can simply book with a few clicks below. If you would rather have a consult first, please send me a message through the contact form to set that up.

Secondly, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, so that I can better prepare for your session. Your input and overall vision is what matters to me. Sure, I have a particular style, but that does not mean I can't do something that is totally adorable for you that you have seen! Chances are that I have done it as well!

Lastly, you show up for your session or I come to you! Let's plan your perfect session! I would love to work with your growing family! Dawn :)

We will have everything you need for your session including props, outfits, etc. If you would like to bring an heirloom piece or items to incorporate, that is also welcome. We want your time with us to be perfect and these portraits to be everything you could dream of for your little one.

When inquiring about your session, we ask that you fill out a newborn questionnaire so that we can get a better idea of what your vision is for your session. You can choose a date that is between 7-15 days after your due date when booking. We will adjust your date accordingly when the baby arrives to ensure you are comfortable with your date. Once you are all booked, we will send you additional information and tips regarding preparation for your session and what to expect during and after. There is a 1-2 week turnaround time for viewing your gallery to make your selections for your collection of choice.

We offer digital downloads in original resolution so that you can send them to a professional lab of choice. We also offer the option to purchase prints/ wall portraits/ albums straight from us. Wall Canvases, Photo books and Albums are handcrafted with you in mind giving you a timeless piece to treasure always.
